Indian Laws and Justice: The Harsh Reality Behind the Glorious Constitution

The Reality of Indian Laws: A Critique🇮🇳 India’s Constitution is often hailed as one of the most detailed and progressive frameworks in the world. Crafted by visionaries like Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, it embodies the values of justice, equality, and liberty. Yet, the sad truth is that these ideals often remain confined to paper. While the Constitution promises justice for all, the reality faced by common citizens tells a different story—one where justice is often delayed, diluted, or denied altogether. Take, for instance, the troubling experiences shared by many, including my own family. My father’s ordeal in the labour court stands as a stark reminder of the gaps between legal ideals and their implementation. Despite filing a case 18 months ago, he has yet to receive any resolution. Delays in hearings, judges being transferred, and procedural inefficiencies have turned the pursuit of justice into a mentally, financially, and emotionally draining experience. Is Gujarat's Scholarship System Unfair to SC Students?

Image
Does the Gujarat Government Disregard SC Students' Education Needs? I am an Indian, living in Gujarat, and today, I want to share something that deeply concerns me about the scholarship distribution system. Education is essential for growth and empowerment, but my experience with this system has been disheartening. To understand this better, I approached the college. Shockingly, the staff didn’t even know the details about scholarships for SC category students. However, they were well-informed about ST scholars...

Money power: A Real World

When we have it, we feel like we have everything—respect, connections, luxury, comfort, and the illusion of being rich. As I reflected on my own struggles to meet basic needs, I also thought about others in similar situations, and that’s when I decided to write this poem. I Money Power 💸 What is money? A piece of paper, right?  Yet, it’s the most important thing in life. It brings happiness, Connects you with family and friends, Grants you respect, Shows you’re rich. It helps in 99.99% of the world’s ways,  A magnet that pulls everyone its way.  It’s the only solution for 99% of worries, A shield against life’s storms.  If you have it, consider yourself lucky!  But mind well—if it slips away, You may find yourself with nothing. So, build credit and connections beyond money, Find those...
